Mrs. Minerva Grant-Settro and the new corps of elected leaders of the Liberian Association of Wisconsin (LAW) were officially installed by ULAA National President Emmanuel Wette.  Mrs. Grant-Settro emerged victorious over her challenger, Mr. Austin Obodo, in the community elections held on Saturday, October 14, 2006.
