Members of the Eminent Persons Council
Greetings to all.
My esteem colleagues and members of the National Leadership Council of ULAA, members of the Eminent Persons Council of ULAA and members of the National Board of Directors of ULAA, as all of you are aware, the new Executive Leadership of ULAA under the presidency of Mr. Emmanuel Wettee will be officially sworn in tomorrow, Saturday, November 4th, 2006 in Lowell, Massachusetts. Immediately after the swearing in ceremony, Mr. Wettee will assume the office of National President of ULAA and all authorities will be transferred to him.
I therefore want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for the support and cooperation rendered to me and members of my administration during the past two years of our tenure as leaders of the Union. I have enjoyed the opportunity of working with each of you and it is my hope that you will render unto Mr. Wettee and his team of officers, the same level of support and cooperation enjoyed by me and my team.
Each of you has contributed immensely to the success and growth of this Union and I am particularly grateful to you for all that you did to ensure the success of our administration of the affairs of ULAA. ULAA will certainly continue to be better because of your commitment and dedication to the cause of our people.
As I bid you farewell as your National President, I want to also assure you of my continuous commitment to the cause of our people and to the success of ULAA.
Long live ULAA and long live Liberia.
Best regards,
Arthur K. Watson
