 ULAA President Emmanuel Wettee

HON. EMMANUEL WETTEE IS ULAA PRESIDENT

 
Officials of ULAA were elected in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, March 23, 2006 after the ULAA Thirty-second General Assembly deliberation sessions. The event took place at the International Hall in downtown Philadelphia. The results, as announced by the Elections Commission headed by Mr. Benoni Tarr Grimes, were as follows:  
 
National President: Emmanuel S. Wettee  (picture) (119) and Emmanuel S. Toe (73). Mr. Toe conceded defeat and pledged to work with the Wettee's administration. He called on his supporters to work with the new administration to move the Union forward.
 

Mrs. George E. Selli :National Executive Vice President.

She helped immensely in ensuring her election along with Emmanuel Wettee. She is most admired by many as the "Iron Lady" in ULAA

 
National General Secretary: Isaac Zawolo (picture) (106) and Adolphus Jacobs (81). Mr. Jacob, is a well known member of the Liberian community association of Pennsylvania.
 
 
 
Others are: National Treasurer: Emmanuel Togba (110) and Augustine Tatus (58),
Eastern Regional Vice President: Charles Y. Coleman (picture) (67) and Walters J. Weah (65) Northern Regional Vice President: Gaye D. Sleh (35) and Emmanuel Togba-Nah Davies (16).  Messrs: James Y. Hunder (picture) and Jerry Gbardy were elected unopposed as Regional Vice Presidents for the Southern and Western Regions respectively.
